General information on data processing

We process personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR and the BDSG. We only process data on the basis of legal permission. When using this website, we only process personal data with your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR), to fulfill a contract to which you are a party, or at your request to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para . 1 letter b) GDPR), to fulfill a legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 letter c) GDPR) or if the processing is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless your interests or Fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data prevail (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR).

 

Duration of storage

Unless otherwise stated in the following information, we only store the data for as long as is necessary to achieve the processing purpose or to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations. Such statutory retention requirements can arise in particular from commercial or tax law regulations.

4. Automated data processing of the server

Processing of access data (server log files)

We use a provider to host our website, on whose server our website is stored and made available for retrieval on the Internet (hosting). The provider can process all of the data transmitted via the browser you are using that is generated when you use our website. This includes by default: browser type / version, operating system used, page accessed, the previously visited page (referrer URL), IP address, date and time of the server request and HTTP status code. The processing takes place to safeguard our legitimate interests and is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR. This processing serves the technical administration and the security of the website.

5. Data processing based on user information


Contact by email or contact form / revocation

Data transmitted by email or contact forms, including your contact details, will be stored in order to be able to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent. The processing of the data entered in the contact forms takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

You can revoke your already given consent at any time. An informal e-mail notification is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The data transmitted via the contact forms will remain with us until you ask us to delete them, revoke your consent to storage or there is no longer any need to store data. Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as this is necessary or required by law to fulfill the purposes pursued.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible without hindrance from us, provided that
1. the processing is based on consent in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 Paragraph 2 a) GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 b) GDPR and

2. the processing is carried out using automated procedures.
When exercising your right to data portability in accordance with paragraph 1, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from us to another person responsible, insofar as this is technically feasible.

Right to information, correction and deletion

As a user, you will receive free information on request about which personal data has been stored about you - including origin, recipient and purpose. If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have your personal data blocked or deleted.
